Function Libertas_DataTruncateTimeSeries

Libertas_DataTruncateTimeSeries(table: number, newStartIndex: number): number
Truncate the time series table from the start.
Parameters
- table: number
  The table from Libertas_DataOpenTimeSeries.
- newStartIndex: number
  The new start index. Note that the new start index shall be greater than the old start index form Libertas_DataStatTimeSeries.
Returns number
the new start index. Note that the returned index may be different than the supplied @newStartIndex. Also the table may not be truncated at all if the change is deemed too small.
