A helper function that makes a index signature type iterable, so that the result can be used in a "for...of" loop.

  A index signature (object of map) instance.
Returns LuaPairsIterable<K, V>
Remarks
The Libertas plugin for typescript-to-lua transpiler optimizes the result with native lua syntax.
