Update new events.
Parameters
- device: number
  A LibertasVirtualDevice.
- events: LibertasEvent[]
  An array of LibertasEvent.
Returns void
Remarks
The event reporting is managed by Libertas OS. The eventNo field shall be set to 0 and will be ignored. Libertas OS will assign a consecutive number automatically.
